Sustainability

Thoughtful where we can be.
Honest where we can’t.

Our approach

Better choices begin with honest ones.

Sustainability is complicated. Products, materials, packaging, transport and how long something stays useful all play a part.

We do not want to turn that complexity into a collection of easy promises.

Instead, we want to make thoughtful choices where we can, explain those choices clearly and be honest about the places where we are still learning.

Sustainability should be something we can explain, not something we simply print in green.

Made to stay

Longer can be better.

One of the simplest ways to reduce unnecessary replacement is to choose products that are made to last — and then look after them properly.

Quality, sensible materials, replaceable or rechargeable power where appropriate, and good care all matter.

Care matters too

Looking after what you already own counts.

Cleaning products correctly, storing them carefully and following their individual instructions can help extend their useful life.

Packaging

Enough to protect. Not enough to perform.

Packaging has a job: protect what is inside, keep an order discreet and help it arrive safely.

Once our final fulfilment and supplier arrangements are confirmed, we will look for opportunities to avoid unnecessary packaging without compromising protection or privacy.

Less packaging is useful only when the product still arrives exactly as it should.

Materials & sourcing

We would rather check than assume.

Different materials come with different environmental considerations.

As our final product range is selected, we will review the information available from manufacturers and suppliers instead of applying broad sustainability claims to products simply because they look or sound environmentally friendly.

Where useful information is available, we want to make it easier for you to find.

Shipping

The journey matters too.

Delivery distance, carriers, fulfilment locations and the number of separate parcels can all affect the footprint of an order.

Our final shipping arrangements are still being confirmed, so we will not make claims before we have the information to support them.

No imaginary leaves

A green icon is not evidence.

If we later describe a delivery option, material or packaging choice as having a particular environmental benefit, we want to be able to explain why.

Still learning

We are not finished.

MAGCOCOS is still being built, and some of the choices that will shape our environmental impact depend on suppliers, fulfilment partners and the products that ultimately become part of the collection.

We would rather leave a question open today than fill it with a promise we may have to quietly remove tomorrow.

Progress we can describe is more useful than perfection we can only advertise.

Thoughtfully, naturally

Small choices still matter.

We may not be able to make every choice perfect. We can make them deliberately, keep asking better questions and tell you clearly what we learn.

That feels more useful than pretending the complicated parts do not exist.
