What you see should be what you get.
We aim to describe products, materials, sizes, features and other relevant information as accurately and clearly as reasonably possible.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screens, photography or normal manufacturing variation.
Where individual manufacturer instructions apply, those instructions should be followed.
Prices
No surprise maths at the finish line.
Prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and the total amount payable will be shown as required before an order is placed.
Any additional charge that applies to an order should be visible before you commit to paying for it.

Payment processing may involve third-party payment providers. The providers actually used will be confirmed before launch.

Available delivery destinations, shipping costs and estimated delivery information will be shown where applicable.
Final arrangements depend on our fulfilment and delivery partners.
Changing your mind
“I changed my mind” is still a complete sentence.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason.

Some seals matter.
Certain sealed goods may be unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the relevant seal has been removed after delivery.
This exception is not applied simply because a product is intimate. It depends on whether the legal conditions for the exception are met.
Faulty or non-conforming products
Change of mind and product faults are different things.
If goods are faulty, damaged or do not conform to the contract, statutory consumer rights apply separately from the right of withdrawal.
Under current Spanish consumer law, the seller is responsible for lack of conformity in goods that becomes apparent within three years from delivery, subject to the applicable legal conditions.
A hygiene exception to change-of-mind returns does not erase statutory rights concerning a defective product.
Availability
Sometimes shelves change.
Product availability may change and some products may become unavailable after appearing in the store.
If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will handle the situation in accordance with applicable law and communicate with you.
Product use
Use products for what they are made for.
Products should be used according to their intended purpose, supplied instructions and relevant safety information.
Where material compatibility, charging, water resistance or cleaning instructions matter, check the information for the individual product.

MAGCOCOS branding, original text, graphics, design elements and other protected content may be subject to intellectual-property rights.
Nothing on the site grants permission to reproduce protected content beyond what applicable law allows.
Legal rights
Fine print does not get to erase the law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory legal protection applies.
Personal data
Contracts need information. Privacy still matters.
Personal information needed to operate the shop, process purchases or provide customer service is handled separately under our Privacy Policy.

If something goes wrong, please contact MAGCOCOS so we have an opportunity to understand and resolve the issue.
Consumers may also have access to accredited alternative dispute-resolution procedures where applicable.

The law still gets the final word.
These Terms will be governed by the applicable law identified in the final version.
Any choice of law or jurisdiction will operate without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them.

These Terms may be updated when the services, legal requirements or way MAGCOCOS operates change.
